How to login with MFA

To login when MFA is enabled, login as normal with either your email/password or Google account. Then you will be directed to enter a MFA code.

1. Open your authenticator app.
2. Enter the code from your authenticator app into the field and press 'Authenticate'.
3. You will be logged in and redirected to the dashboard.

"Invalid TOTP code entered"

If you receive this error, it means the code you entered was either expired, incorrect or not the right code for this account.

1. Ensure you are reading the correct code from your authenticator app.
2. Ensure you enter the code correctly.
3. Ensure you press Authenticate before the code expires. If the code is close to expiring, we recommend waiting for the next code.

What if I have lost access to my authenticator app?

If you have lost access to your authenticator app, you can download it again on another device and you may be able to access your codes from there. This will depend on whether you use the same account on both devices/authenticators.
