Start by selecting the service you performed. This requires that you have added a service already - Learn How. Selecting a service will populate other line item fields, including the rate field.
The rate field will be populated with either, the custom rate you have set for this client and service, or the "National" rate for the support item number as per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements if there is no custom rate for this client/service combination.
You will need to set the quantity field to the number of hours, kms or units necessary for each line item.
The GST field will be set to "GST Free" by default, you will need to change this to "GST" if the service you performed requires it.
You will see the subtotal, gst and grand total fields populate as you add line items.
