Overview

The Expenses Table

The expenses table is a table that displays all expenses in your account. The table will show you:

  • Date
  • Name
  • Payee
  • Subtotal
  • Tax (GST)
  • Total
  • Business %

Selecting An Expense

When selecting a row on the expense table, you can click on the row or the edit button in the actions column for that row.

Searching Expenses

You can use the search bar above the list/table to search your expenses.

You can currently search using:

  • Name
  • Date (By entering one piece of the date, such as '25' would show any expenses on the 25th or in 2025, '2025' would return any expenses in 2025, '06' would return any expenses on the 6th or in June.)
  • Payee
  • Subtotal
  • Tax
  • Total

Filtering Expenses

To filter expenses, open the filter popup using the filter button, located next to the search button.

You can currently filter using:

  • Payee
  • Expense Date Range
