Emergency Contacts
What is this section?
The Emergency Contacts tab allows you to view, add and manage the Emergency Contacts for a client.
How do I add an emergency contact?
To add an emergency contact, go to Clients and select the client you wish to add an emergency contact to. Select the "Emergency Contacts" tab, and then press the "Add Emergency Contact" or "+" button.
You will be presented with a popup asking for the details for the emergency contact. The details required are:
- Name
You can also add:
- Relationship
- Phone Number
- Address
Once done, press "Save Contact".
How do I edit an emergency contact?
To edit an emergency contact, go to Clients and select the client you wish to edit an emergency contact for. Select the "Emergency Contacts" tab, and then press the edit button next to the contact you wish to edit.
A popup will appear with the contacts current information. Update any fields you need to, then press "Save Contact".
How do I remove an emergency contact?
To remove an emergency contact, go to Clients and select the client you wish to remove an emergency contact from. Select the "Emergency Contacts" tab, and then press the trash icon next to the contact you wish to remove.
A popup will appear asking for confirmation. Press "Delete" to remove the contact.
