Remove A Service

How do I remove a service?

To remove a service, go to Products & Services, make sure you're in the "Services" tab/section rather than "Products", and find the service you wish to remove. Click the trash icon in the actions column for that service.

You will be presented with a popup to confirm you want to delete this service. Press 'Delete' to confirm.

This action is not reversible, and will delete any saved rates for this service.

What will happen to invoices that already include this service?

Deleting a service will not seriously effect any invoices that use that service. In the database, the link will be broken, but the service will still appear using it's support item number.
