Attachments

What can I attach to an invoice?

Currently you can attach PDF's or images to an invoice.

How do I add an attachment?

To add an attachment when editing an invoice, click on the 'Upload Attachments' box. This will open a file browser where you pick the file or files you want to attach.

Once they are selected and added to the invoice, they will appear underneath the 'Upload Attachments' box. If necessary you can remove them by using the trash icon.

At this stage in the process, they are not yet saved to the database. To save them, you will need to save the invoice.

Once saved, attachments appear above the 'Upload Attachments' box with an 'eye' and 'trash' icon. The 'eye' icon will open a new tab with the file viewable.

How do I remove an attachment?

To remove an attachment, select the 'trash' icon next to the attachment.

The 'trash' icon will remove the attachment, so that when the invoice is saved the attachment is no longer attached to the invoice and is removed from the database.

Remember to save the invoice, otherwise the attachment will remain.
